not sure, can you tell me what they do, all i can think of is

update sound card (buy new 1)

or buy a splitter for your mic so you can plug into 2 slots

I really dont understand why you want to record from those 2 sources

You can probably record on Mic then use a program to record to the wave out

Then merge them together? Is this for a video or something?

this is what i get from google, since i have no clue

With audigy (and live) you can record from atleast 3 sources simultaneously: midi synth, waveout and mic/line. Those are mixed in one stream. And in creative's drivers waveout is called record what you hear (did not remember that).

Just set recording level of what you hear to zero.

and after reading those, what i think he is trying to do is get a full conversation recorded

ex. his voice (mic input) and his recipiants voice (speakers)(waveout)

    hopefully those help :D

    Merged Post:

all of those say you need a creative sound card ( i think ) which is what i originaly said, search for audigy, thats the thing that records multiple things at once
