Dude... looks great, but I know I seen it before.... Actually that is it right there... I think if you used the render it would've been ok, but you didnt have to steal the quote.... Actually the reason why the quote was so long is because he didnt write it... The signature above was created for a SOTW on a site that I admin at... I know the person who's sig that is, and know for a fact that it was created by that artist... I hosted that particular SOTW and remember that entry as clear as day... Not to mention that the same piece of art is in the persons online portfolio... Write your own stuff please.... I remember seeing that piece of work a week or two ago... so its very obvious who actually created it.... GJ bro... Secrets out... you stole it bro... feel free to pm me if there is a problem... I'm sorting it out with the creator and I wouldnt class it as a 'rip' and destroy my reputation because that would lead me to leaving which I dont particulary want to do. The quote being a poem that someone wrote in their home and added it in a signature... A poem that has personal meaning... Meant to be in a signature that to the artist has personal meaning... Not meant to be stolen and used like its a two word quote... but that is ok... If you people steal quotes... that is fine.... just admit that you seen the poem... liked it and used it.... Just admit to it.... No one said you ripped this signature... frankly we all know the two signatures have different backgrounds and two different styles of text... (besides the main body of the poem). But, and this is the point I am trying to explain to the simple minded... The Poem was taken... A poem you had no buisness taking without concent from the artist and poet who created that... The artist you are currently talking to through PM.... And I believe this was the conversation... Well that was your part of the conversation.... So let me break it down the way I see it... First off, you obviously seen the signature before because you copied the same layout of it.... SAME RENDER (which is fine) but everything about the text is the same... The lines dividing it is the same.... the poem has the same line breaks... the pixel font used.... everything.... Please dont lie about that fact because I am not trying to ruin your rep... your doing a great job of that yourself.... Just admit that you seen it liked the poem and used it.... Ok, if this is true I find it hard to believe that you would position everything in "your" signature the exact same way as the orignial I posted above... Especially if you "never seen it before". BTW, thats a loooonnngggg MSN name.... Dude... how would you feel if I took your "anger" signature and changed the name and the background and said that I created it.... Come'on Flamesy, just admit that you seen it and liked the damn thing... Hey Rave, your signature kicks ass, how would you feel if I did the same....? Its obviously a form of ripping, not exactly taking someones signature and changing nothing but the name, but honestly I can create the same signatures you do and change only the background.... I can get the same fonts, the same text, the same image, the same everything.... Except the background... But I wouldn't ever do that ... because its wrong, and frankly its not yours.... The background maybe, but not the overall project.... I wouldnt do it because I wouldnt want it done to me... I wouldnt want it done to someone else either... thats why I dont do it... Not saying you didnt create the background... Im not blind... Its obviously different.... All I am saying is that he should've asked the artist for permission to use his/her Poem that He/She wrote!!!! Write a poem... Write anything that means alot to you... Then when it gets taken and used without any type of concent given... tell me that its ok by you... because you know as well as I do that you would be pissed to... Its sad... that he just cannot admit that he seen it before he created his version... Then again, I am probably talking to a bunch of 10-14 year olds who don't understand why they are wrong.... its ridiculous ... i use alot of lyrics from bands and singers in my msn names and some in my sigs .... and WTF is wrong with that ? Come on man give him a break , and let him use the quote that he got from a nickname on msn ... jeez , and 1. the size is different , 2. the main font is different , 3. background is different , 4. the render is also totally different in his sig (its bigger ) and then you say ripping !?! damn , is it so hard to trust someone when he says he has never and never seen it before ... jeez ....
I agree, i dont think you ripped the sig itself I just think you copied the poem, you deny seeing that sig yet you have the same poem that your friend 'happened' to have as her msn name when it was coincidently used by its creator in a sig that just happened to use the same render and general idea that yours did. I'm not calling you a ripper, I'm just saying its obvious you've seen that sig before otherwise why is the poem layed out the same? With line breaks etc in the same place? It seems a little far fetched to call it coincidence...you know all you had to do was ask her to use it and she'd of let you....thats all...but oh well, its your choice I can't force you, its not upto me how people treat plagerism on this forum..
