Everytiem I try to install Windows based programs.. Adobe.. This thingy etc...

I am pretty sure that you have a virus


or your settings are messed.

ewww... if you aren't in Safe Mode this is a real problem, it can mean that when you where in the Windows Install that it didn't get that fully installed or something went wrong. Try restarting.. if that does nothing I would clean the disk real good with alchohol and then drink some Vodka and then try installing again... but that's just me..

yes, run an AV and AS (antispyware) check.. preferably in safe mode..

It's not a virus though, everything else is working fine.. WINDOWS Live Messenger, Windows Explorer.. maybe it's cause I installed the new Explorer does anyone know where I can get the old one

System Restore screwed me last time.. backups.. I think my PC auto's them.. I'm not sure =|


Man.. I just don't see it as a virus.. anyone know another program for virus scan? Not a whole anti-virus cause I don't want to have 2 AVs... cause that just messes up the PC..
