It seems very one-dimensional - there isnt really that much to look at. The banner definitely needs redoing. I think it needs a new font too.... I'm not feelin the bubble font.
The template is very plain, and simple in a bad way, The banner is just render->clouds, the boxes are all one color which i dislike. The font is bad, try replacing it for a pixel font, however keep on making templates, goto tutorials websites and look at template/layout tutorials to help create better websites, Daz
