    Isnt much of a "complex" BG IMO. But it is still nice.

    Work on the text and border.

    Seems that all it is, is a render, simple motion blur, text with a gradient overlay, and border.

    In fact, im SURE thats all it is.

    Needs more work man, alot more work.

    yea.. blurring the image to make a bg can actually be put to use but all you did was blurred it and made a duplicate image of the oringinal on top of it. The text isn't that great either.
