Concerning Transactions With..

We are aware that with the closing down of the GR Bank account that .Joker and -Force- ran, that those that deposited credits where NOT refunded, because well, they spent them or loaned them out to other people. So to avoid anymore threads about people owing credits etc, here is whats going to happen.

.Joker and -Force- until your debts are completely payed off to those that deposited credits, you are NOT to purchase anything on GR. The staff will be watching you and if you are caught, you will be punished. You may sell stuff though that you already have so that you can make credits back to pay back all these people.

Here is a list of the following people that BOTH of you together, owe credits to because of the GR Bank account that you two shared, and yes, we know you both shared it as we checked IPs associated with the account.

kate0326 - 465
kirbir - 14000

As a side note .Joker you also owe an extra amount to the following.

Authority - 600

Now...along with you guys having borrowed credits. You also loaned credits out. The following people owe credits and will need to contact myself, or post here stating where they stand on repaying the loan.

Celticboy - 1000
T4G - 600
ballistick - 500
Pharell - 500

If those of you who owe credits are found to be in possession of enough credits to repay the loan, and have not done so. We will deduct the amount ourselves and clear your name off the list.

I will update this post as the credits start getting payed back so that you guys know where you stand in your debt.

Please do not post here with omg, this isnt fair, omg, blah blah. This is the fairest way to handle this kind of thing without introducing an excess amount of credits into our system. You guys created that GR Bank, and took on the responsibility of those credits and now you will take on the responsibility of paying them back as well.

The owners of the GR Bank, as well as those that have taken out loans have all been contacted via PM and informed of this thread so that they are aware of their debts.

Well this is a good idea but G72 just closed the bank and took all the credits. When I signed on after the bank was closed G72 had closed the thread already and all the banks credits were takin. I PM G72 and he/she said that he doesnt have the records of any transactions.

Actually, your name and Jokers name dont get to go on the list. You two ran the shop, therefore, your credits are pretty much gone as you two owe the people who deposited credits. So your credits are null and void.

JayNice4Life has been payed apparently, so his name is not on there.

As for if G72 took credits away from the account. I can have Shaggy check the moderator logs for me and find out how many where actually taken and I will factor that in.

I am well aware of how many he borrowed, but they where in GR Banks posession first. However I am going to be in touch with Kirbir as there is supposedly some deal worked out there, if so, then I will be removing her name from the list and letting it be handled that way.

 

Are names go on the list because someone took all the credits from the bank and i have no clue who. If the person that closed the bank wouldve of told us in advance we would of never had this problem.

 

I am not going to sit and debate this with you. I will find out how many credits where taken and factor that into the people that YOU owe...however, your name is not on the list, because you cant very well owe yourself credits.

 

Also we dont get are credits bac then the add up up of all the credits will never work.

What do you mean we cant owe ourself credits. We put our credits in the bank just like eveer other person. Techniquely the bank owes us the credits and so does it owe everone else. Also certain people owe the bank which makes it even harder to settle this this fast. If you are going to do this I think you should try and get all the loans back and then try giving all the credit back to everyoine.

I have notified the people that owe credits, so yes, they will be paying back as well.

 

I made the loan and it was settled that i would payback by the end of july, as you see i'm in the way to get the 500 creds, so my loan will be paid shortly, at least during the rest of this month and the following month.

 

Hope this problem gets resolved, you've been all over the place Logical, sounds like a lot of work! Appreciate your help in trying to solve a problem like this, sounds tough.

Since he is unable to purchase anything from GR, I don't think he can request anything either. Thought I would throw that out to you. ^_^

 

Logic hit it on the head earlier. You two opened the bank and took the responsability onto yourselves with it. You willingly put credits into your own bank to jumpstart it I would assume. Real business owners don't get their money they used to start their business back if the business fails, so why should it be any different here? Everything was laid out simply for you, take the hit like a man and just get it dealt with. It won't do you good to try weasling yourself out of every little credit you can. Also, if you don't have that debt to yourself, you'll be able to make all those credits back quicker.

 

I am not trying to weasel out any credits! I put the credits in like everone else. It was kind of like an example of how it works. I didnt spend any of those credits. Befor you start critizing me read the GR Bank thread. Its in the shops forum on like the 3rd page. Also all those credits were removed from the GR Bank account. I came on GR after I went somewhere and i saw the bank had been closed and somebody (a moderator probibly) took all the credits and didnt pm so that leaves me to do what.

Also Logicaly talk to kirbir about this. She lent 9k out to .Joker. and she told us to leave the total saying 14k. the bank really owes her 5k and .Joker. owes her 9k. Please edit that.

Why cant i purchase anything? I dont owe them the credits because I didnt spend any. As soon as I find the mod that took all the credits I will be able to solve this whole problem.

 

its your job to make sure all the creds go back to the persons that lost credits, you have caused them problems, so i think the last thing on ur mind shld be the creds that you put in there, if it werent for the fact you owe all these people creds you probably would be banned by now. Ignore those few creds you put in thier and worry bout everyone else

 

The thing is why would they ban me?? Thats a little extreme. Its not like I stole their credits. I am still trying to figure out where these credits have gone plus Im making stuff right now to sell so I can give people more then they put in just for all the hassle. I was just making a point.
