I take it his computer is being hacked, not a site? Try following this guide, it might help a little. -- Curtesy of a site not to be named in GR
Thanks, I'll mail this to him and see if it can help him, he's in some serious !@#@, hacker is playing games on his PC and he's done virus scans/adaware and crap.
if he is ----ing with his computer, have your friend pull the power cable from the wall, then disconnect himself from the internet, then figure out what to do to fix the loopwhole in his system. there is probably a registry file or something that is giving the hacker information that he is using to get on.
Yer, I need the cleanup file, can you help me search for that file while I help him posting the links he needs. And, I'm trying to find ccleaner that works.
Get more security, - Antivirus (Avast) - Anti spyware (Ad-Aware CCleaner, - Firewall (Im using Prisma Firewall for a short time) With Prisma I can block IPs, and its very easy.
make sure your friend isn't running a program that allows the hacker to link up to his computer. Maybe he downloaded a trojan that attached to a program like your sound control, so everytime he turns on the computer it always runs allowing the hacker to connect to him.
tell your friend to get a router with a built in firewall, it should show him offline when he truely is online, plus reformatting his pc i think would be best also
