Heya, I usually charge about $1000 for a totally custom site that gets them 6 pages + $195 per extra page I also have some rough templates, sites based around them cost between $395 - $795 with extra pages at $75 each.
^I think Gez is closer to the mark. A nicely done site, by a respectable company, will start around $500. That'll get you a domain, homepage, and 5 other pages probably. You might get a few email accounts too. www.2advancedstudios.com does Flash sites for major companies around the country. They probably start around $1500...
um i prob wouldnt pay for it id just make it. the only thing i would pay for is domain, and web space.
Allright Guys Thanx, Im trying to make some money. My Dad Is Willing To Teach Me All About Sites and How To Make Them. He Makes Sites AS Well.
It's like Photoshop. - Takes no skill to make a trash site. - Takes a bit more skill to make something you like. - Takes a lot more skill to make something someone else likes. - Takes a helluva lot more skill to make something that someone else will pay for.
Most large companies charge upwards of $500 for five pages and an image (if you're lucky). I charge about $250 (including domain and hosting) because small businesses cannot afford such steep prices for a site. Sometimes, 5 pages are not enough.
It all depends how good you are at making templates for the site, and how good you are with graphics. It could be as little as $400 or $500, or all the way up to $3500.
$3500?!?!?! - Full Flash intro - 10-15 web pages - Custom-made template - 3-5 POP3 E-mail accounts - Domain Name - 5GB web space // Right?
