Ok, i know a while back i made this huge thread with like 6 of my KH2 Axel renders.

    Original thread:

    http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/index.php...opic=211996&hl=

A while later someone whose new here decides to render the same picture but his result looks EXACTLY like mine. I even tried to confront him about and posted my render next to his to compare. The bumps, feathering, everything is exactly the same. I don't understand. I think he ripped me...

    Thread:

    http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/index.php...pic=230122&st=0

Comparison is on the second page.

I may be wrong though... :P But still noone ever renders the same picture exactly the same as the other, its impossible. Any ideas?

It's hard to really say. I am not render expert, but it oculd possibly be that you just happened to render the same picture. The same technique makes it more shady, but I am in no position to say whether it is ripped or not. To me, I can't tell the different between the two.

Also, instead of posting the 2 topics, post the images that we are comparing. Makes it easier for everbody. I did it for you. :)

er....if you both used the selector tool it's very possible to come out with the same effect even if it's feathered....

Animate them ontop of eachother, that usually works.

And I think it is a rip, same white outline in the same spots, same mistakes etc.

Oops sorry about that, thank you.

I used the pen tool. And still even if it is the same effect its not possible to get the same bumps and so on. His could have been better if anything...or worse comparing it to his first attempt at rendering which was really choppy. It is possible to improve over night though, but still not to get the exact same results.

    My thoughts exactly.
