    Basically a chick stole a cell phone, and will not return it. The owner's friend offered money for the cell phone, and the person who stole it declined the offer and would rather keep it. So, now the NYPD is involved.

    Nonetheless, the chick is 16 years old, pregnate, and so on.

    I don't think it is so much the fact the phone was stolen, as the friend was willing to buy a new one, it's the theif's attitude when they attempted to contact her. This is why I'm glad I don't live in a big city0_o,people are much nicer in towns:).

    heh... this shouldnt be titled "why not to steal a cell phone" it should be titled "why not to be a dumb black bitch and use the cell phone you stole".
