Could you please show me exactly where you found these two sigs so I can see if he does indeed have full rights to them.

Judging by the tag, the second sig has nothing to do with it, just the same render. the render is higher up showing more and different areas erased, the second sig is irrelevent.

however by the first and fourth sig, i would guess that he didnt have acess to the .psd and didn't buy it beacause the outside area of the render is smudged, meaning he clone stamped the render out and replaced it. he also smudged a light yellow color to the right to cover up a few of the dots.

Rip in my oppinion.

i dont care who gave it to you or where you bought it from. the fact is that this psd was provided by the creator for learning rights only and i will PM Swat the website where these psds are available. regardless of who you got the psds from you manipulated them and made them look even worse and completely ripped layers from both.

you are guilty end of story. before you get psds next time from anyone id suggest in being careful and dont rip layers. do your own work for gods sakes.

OMG I BOUGHT FULL RIGHTS FROM SOMEONE ON ANOTHER SITE BLAH BLAH BLAH I DUNNO LOLZZZ

 

Obviously this guy has access to both psds, which were both available for educational purposes only, and he moved a layer or two around, removed the stock from tag 1, and dragged the stock from tag 2 into it.

P.S. I didn't sell any rights to anything. And if your girlfriend gave you some psds that didn't even belong to her in the first place, I wouldn't doubt that she's cheating on you too.

sbocs is the original maker of this tag and he said he didnt "sell" it to anyone

but yeah, even IF he had full rights (which according to numerous people isn't true) he still shouldn't rip layers like that
