Ok i was wondering what is the best hosting 4 Invision Board like ( dis 1 ) and is it possible to get a lifetime licens?

 

i thought forumer... (google it) had free IBP not to sure tho..

 

Theres not really the "best hosting for ipb" it just depend on the hosting/server itself

What happens when you get caught using a non-licensed version?

 

They will ask you to take it down, if you dont, they will take action and possibly take you to court.

Its really not worth buying, as .red said... try Dluzion's I heard that works pretty well!

 

They really don't do anything as I know from experience as I had owned a Illegal IPB board for over a year, just bought legal one (since I finally had the money) last month. The whole anti-piracy team is made up of volunteers. I once even reported someone and they never took them down. They will send you a letter full of lies telling you how they will take you down, but I would be surprised if they took anyone down themselves, its really just a matter of scaring people.

That being said I would not suggest you do this as it IS illegal and completely wrong. You can use 2.0.0 Trial or 1.2 or 1.3 if it was downloaded from the actual site and not from a third party site. Use invisionfree or clicdev for 1.3 board.

byethost.com offers some free hosting thats good and reliable and as for the liscence if you can caugh up the 180 bux for a perpetual lisence your bound to cough up some for hosting (5-10 bux a month)

 

try lycos or geocities if thats what your talking about or imageshack for image hosting not sure which 1 you were talking about
