I am a noob on comps. so I don't know if I have to find out myself or not, but here it is:

I bought a school computer and it still has school restrictions on it, I can't download AIM or anything. Is there a way where I can take it off?

I'd suggest jsut reformatting it. You don't want all that crap that schools do to it.

or I'm sure you could take it to school, and have the techs reinstall it without restrictions, if you do not know how to reinstall..

    Go away?

If he justs formats C:\, it deletes windows and he might not have a copy of windows to then install; which is why he should do what X said, take it to your school (if you can.)
