Some1 just ripped our whole forum. From skin and header to even the board categories. Even the name has been ripped. I run a forum called The Lost Element. Are there any action i can take? They have ripped the forum header so as far i know belongs to me, i have the psd. So I heard i can close there forum becouse they ripped copyrighted artwork. since thats what it is. any thing else i can do?
Poeple who rip are gai.. Cept' that skin, Ive seen SO many forums with that skin its not funny.. So dont take credit that your the only one to have that skin, though I saw the preview of the new skin your making, very nice But, as I said.. rippers are kocks.. Im not sure what action you can take againtst that other forum (I cant get onto it atm) but, you can make them get it off, not sure what else.. //lat
Go to http://www.copyscape.com and copyright ur site. OR, if you dont have the money, just place the copyright banners to scare the rippers. In case you need some cash (around $5), I may be able to give you some. Ps: No need to pay back the cash (*wink*)
my work is copyrighted, i can close his forum for that alone, i have is ip, trased back to his ips. emailin them about the subject.

Of course its copyrighted. Under Bill Clinton I believe there was an Intenet Copyright Act that made it so any works published on the internet, once published are automatically copyrighted and bellong to the author who had created them.
my friend has closed many forums becouse of stealing his signature, on invision free. so its possible. im trying to conteact him atm
