Change your 7900GT otherwise for a 7600 or even 6600 if you need to lower.

umm, no? I can quote if I want to, it's not against the rule..

back on topic- yes, the new Intels are awesome, but you know the AMDs will be beating them by a large margin..

the new intels completely dominate AMD's current offerings.

again, for the PSUs, unless you get the ultra expensive Ultra, you get the same kind of "quality" that they sell to OEMs like HP and Dell... which is crap, for the money you'de be better off with other brands... remember for real performance multiply the efficiency by the wattage and weight the 12V rail mroe heavily, that 500W Seasonic with 85+% efficiency will rape that 650W Ultra with 60-%

well, with any luck conroe should be out within 2 weeks so you should be fine. for me the longest I've had to wait on newegg is 5 days total I beleive and that was coming from tennesse to california(nevermind that they have a wharehous within a half hours drive south of my house,[and then they send it a half hour north to UPS and then back south again more less spiraling around me, quite fun to track...])

EDIT: price fo the x1800XTs went up a little... right nwo it might be better bang/$ to get two 7600GTs and toss it into SLi... we'll help after conroe is out and we can give final recomendations...
