    Puzzle #1 - Roll Out The Barrel

    This weeks current prize pool: 70 credits.

    A barrel contains exactly 9 litres of red wine. Max is going to a party and wishes to share 8 litres of win equally with the seven other partygoers, who all have 1 litre glasses. Max wants to keep one litre for when he gets home. He only has two other containers that will hold exactly 5 litres and 2 litres respectively. What is the quickest way for him to measure 8 litres into the barrel to take to the party?
