Sig Request Offering 30 Credits

OFFERING 30 CREDZ!
Can someone make me a cool sig?
With this gif on the right

And this one on the left

And maybe some cool text saying "NTC", with the name "dio" under it.

I'd really apperciate if someone could do this for me ^_^ . If you don't know how to animate the gif part, my friend says he can do that. But he can't make sigs <_< . Also, I don't care if you add any other pictures and stuff like that as long as it looks cool and somewhat relates to the anime naruto and this sig.

bump

Hey, you seem fairly new to the forums so I doub't anybody will do your request for you if you don't provide the payment you will pay for this. Seems like you want a video signature? These normally cost around 30 credits? That's if you are lucky.

You might want to get some more credits before posting a request topic. Good luck with this anyways.
Snipe.
