You didn't say that it was for full rights.

Full rights is what they say: Full Rights, all the rights. He isn't doing anything wrong by doing that.

I undersstand where u coming from

When you were selling the PSDs you should have said - Any reproduction copying this PSD will result in something something something so therefore make your own from scratch using the PSD as a guide - Thats why you shud have sold it as learning rights :)

Depends on what you wrote on the auction - If its FR then Im afraid the person can like edit what he/she wishes ..

Duplicating the PSD and selling it seperately is a scam...

Pretty big rip off if you ask me.

I can take any bg from a psd I receive and manip it enough to almost look unidentical, but you don't see me doing that. I'm a fair person. I expect the same in return. Not a quick sceme to make money.

But that's fine. I don't care, I'm more worried about the people buying who are being scammed.

Sorry, but are some of you smoking crack?

I sold the PSD a few times and now recently sold it for full rights.

This person(s) has taken the taken the background and replaced the render and text several times and is selling them seperately.

Tell me if that's right. It's pretty much a scam...

I'm not making a huge deal out of this, but come on...

If none of you see the light I'm trying to bring here, I'll stop and you can close the thread. Just trying to get a point across here.

Not extremely wrong, not the worst thing someone can do, but it's still not right.

Yeah, i'll leave it at that and shut up now. This isn't going anywhere, so don't bother replying.

In my opinion, this is bvery wrong, and should be bannable.

He Sells for full rights to somebody, thats okay.

    BUT--
The person he sold it to sells it for full rights...as everytone has been screaming at him about "FULL RIGHTS"
well, then the other person needs to learn that too, because after he sells 1 sig, he NO LONGER HAS RIGHTS TO THE BACKGROUND, or any layers for that matter. you cant sell a sig for full rights, then go, add a saturation and sell it again, it no longer belongs to you.

just my thoughts....and this is totally illegal to sell multiple of the same sig for FR as you can only sell FR once.

The crazy one is right. Once you've sold it full rights, they can do whatever they damn-well please with it.
