Very nice, banner looks great too! Tho Im not sure about the most right character in the banner. I would personally replace him with a more darker guy.
not feeling it at all bro, sorry its crowded, has lime green in it, the colors on the member legend are off , and I personally dont like the banner (probably because the lime green, i like the color, but i dont feel it suits GR that well).
Well the contest is to create a BRAND new gamrenders design. So it doesnt really have to suit it. I like it, the green and dark grey/black looks good, nice job on the banner also. Everything look good. If you dont win the contest i recomend coding the skin and then selling it or something. Nice job.
Being lazy is no reason to be incomplete. EVERYTHING is involed in a web template, and you, as the designer are responsible for colors, sizes, texts, etc. for what the website may use.
I find it funny that you decide to compare the positive feelings that one color produces to the negatives of the other color. If you were to compare those colors CORRECTLY you would have compared either both negatives, both positives, or pos & neg of both colors together. Not sure if fear, and depression are what GR wants to convey to its users maybe they will all turn into emo kids and slit their wrists, imagine the the lawsuit that could be filed against this forum for inducing kids into performing these sorts of self mutilations. ;( ;( And let me ask how you would know that he might not be done with his design as of yet? Why are you assuming, and accusing him of being lazy?
I compared them that way due to that the negatives for blue only exist if blue is done wrong, for green it stays as it is reguardless if used right or wrong . And im not assuming, he entered it into his contest as being finished it came from his own mouth.
