Forum Suggestion

This is an idea i had just thought of as I was going throught the renders in the non-gaming section of the renders forum.

I think that if this is possible to have a forum where you have to be like 18 or older or even 21 and older to enter where you could post the adult renders so that the young users won't get into trouble by their parents or get a corrupted mind by seeing some of the images.

 

People would lie about there ages.

 

Well I didnt really take that into consideration when I posted the topic. Well if they do lie about their age and their parents catch them thats their problem.

 

do u have any idea how easy it is to get p0rn on the internet. all someone has to do is make a new account saying that they r old enough. i've been looking at p0rn on the internet since i was 6....jk

But then the Parents might report the forum or something then it becomes Shaggy's problem.

i kinda like the idea, but it is true that little kids will lie about their ages, and plus, how would their parents find out anyway? most kids now a days have their own computers/laptops.... and if on the off chance a parent does find it, it will become Shaggy's problem and if IPB finds out, you can say bye bye to GR.

even tho i like the idea, it'll most likely never happen.

 

This was suggested several times before, but it would be relativly pointless because people could just lie about their age.

 

well after reading you alls posts I have basically changed my mind on the whole idea of making this happen because of we might lose gamerenders and I'm sure I would become one of the most hated people in the graphics world. lol

 

1. They lie
2. We have something allready for this, [adult] tag....if its not used then oh well..be carefull what you look at with rents around
3. How many of you simply look at the renders, but never use them?... exactly.. 21 or 18+ forum would only promote more porn, nudity, and close to nudity..so eh, not a good idea IMO, although I do see where you were coming from with the idea..and its nice of you to have ur opinion on it, as do I. Which i'm not saying what my opinion is may be 100% correct, just what I think/expect

 

NOTHING in this forum is rated higher then a "teen" rating or above PG-13 and by law you are required to be over the age of 13 to join any forums, therefore, if you are under the age of 13, you are technically illegally here in the first place and by national standards of the US, all things on this site are suitable for the ages of 13+.
