ok me and `Majiny were chatting to some guy on msn and he claimed to be alot better at gfx even though he had only been "GFX'ing" for 3 weeks so `Majiny sent him a picture that he had done after 3 weeks and this guy said it was s**t so i was wondering what the pros here at GR thought :lol: *EDIT* didnt relise u cant use bmp so heres the second image `Majiny says its ok for me to post this
If you were battling for fun, then that's one thing... but if you're just doing art, of any type, even somthing as simple as tagging just to better than someone else, then you're doing it for all the wrong reasons. People who feel the need to talk ---- about how much "better" at "graphics" they are than others are usually just unsure of their own artistic ability and shouldn't be taken too seriously anyway. That said, it should be obvious which is more aesthetically appealing, as one appears to be just a jumble of clashing colors and effects w/ little thought put into overall composition.
