It is and exe file made to prank ur friends. yes u can send it over msn just like say hey try out this messager or somthing like that or u can post it on a site and walk away saying that its a movie

Ctrl + Alt + Del and end the process of exampleprank.exe or w.e it's called.

So this is to prank people with limited general understanding of computers?
