Eh, I just told ya what I did in wrestling when I joined.... makes you sore pretty well if you dont do much before then..of course we also had another few hours of working which made you more sore but eh..
Do you have a job? Save up for it... Weights prices matter on the weight of it. Just get dumbells which shouldnt be too much...then u can get a bar also but eh, these things may get pricey unless u can find an old setup... try to find a friend or family member who's house you can go to, or see if they are willing to sell for a low price or something Ok, I am starting all new today..well sorta. I do that entire exercise on the first page in one day, 3 times a week...So far I finished that, except the back workouts which I'll do later on, rest time for now.
