    I am just starting the basic military workout. It is based on tone.

    I couldn't do military training.. I can't keep rhythm of the marches..

    What i'm doing has nothing to do with rythem and timing. Just basic lifting. Push-ups ect..

    i do sit ups, bike ride and run sometime

    thats pretty good...as long as you focus on improving every week, youll do fine ^_^

    Eh, I just told ya what I did in wrestling when I joined....
    makes you sore pretty well if you dont do much before then..of course we also had another few hours of working which made you more sore but eh..

    I might adopt that workout, but I hate having to go to the gym, s the equipment expensive?

    Do you have a job? Save up for it...
    Weights prices matter on the weight of it. Just get dumbells which shouldnt be too much...then u can get a bar also but eh, these things may get pricey unless u can find an old setup...
    try to find a friend or family member who's house you can go to, or see if they are willing to sell for a low price or something :P


    Ok, I am starting all new today..well sorta. I do that entire exercise on the first page in one day, 3 times a week...So far I finished that, except the back workouts which I'll do later on, rest time for now.
