Thats deep, I can't say I know what it feels like but if I was in your possion I can understand your emotions intirely. You need to take your dad to a phychiatrist or something though to help him through it, I mean say he goes to far and starts taking drugs worse than tranqualisers?
Talk to someone about it, here in the UK there are people you can phone and they won't tell anyone about your problem no matter what you say. But if you have nothing like that, talk to someone you can trust, friends can always help you get over things, maybe not straight away but in the end it will help. But don't take your anger out on someone by doing something stupid like stabbing someone, you will only get yourself into trouble, and then you won't be there to help your parents, and just cause them more trouble/stress. So all you gotta do is talk to someone, I swear it will help.
Yeh thats rght in the UK we have that program that gets people back on their feet and gives em a job and such. It's really helped a lot of people hopefully you have something like that as well.
The tranquilsers were perscribes by a doctor, so i guess, thats okay, i told one of my best friends through MSn and it fells good someone knowing, I would try the samartians but, thinking about it makes me cry to hard, i cant do that of my mobile, cos, i dont really like people who arent to close to me knowing that its effecting me, and a phonebox here wouldnt be that easy, its a very busy place here
thats the whole point,if you don't let it out in that sort of way, your just gonna keep it inside of you wilth it slowly getting worse and some point your just gonna lash out at someone and get yourself into trouble. Theres nothing wrong with crying dude its not like anyones gonna take the piss out of because of it, loads of people (incluing me)think that people that are in touch with their emotions are alot better than those people that take the piss out of those because their "different" and they let their emotions out.

I have never had this kind of experience ...so I may not be able to help you...but a good idea is just to get a punching bag and punch the ---- out of it....let out all your pain...punch something harder...let it out... let it out on your friends, but warn them before you do...so they'll understand... and the racist part... I fully understand what you mean by just wanting to kill 1 group of people...its a little biased...but hey...when soemthing like that happens..you can't really say your a racist... a good idea is ummm get GTA: SA and kill all the black dudes..or white dudes...or whoever is in that game..till your satisfied...since you know....you can't really kill someone in real life....it may or may not let off some steam...but hey its the next best thing.. Yes..my advice may be a bit stupid..but its the best I could come up with.

If you wanna get back at them, then watch where your parents were muggeds general location, people that mug people dont travel far from home usually and are stupid enough to do it in the same place twice or close to the same.
