    Invitation sent.

    Nice try Mr. Cheeky...

Gmail is a free, search-based webmail service that includes 1,000 megabytes (1 gigabyte) of storage. The backbone of Gmail is a powerful Google search engine that quickly finds any message an account owner has ever sent or received. That means there's no need to file messages in order to find them again.

it has been out for a while now, but its still in beta testing and not open to general public yet, thats why you need "invites". Gmail basically is right now a free upgrade of the services such mail services as Hotmail and Yahoo offer. With a whopping 1 GB of space, Google has promoted gmail using the fact that their mail service allows users not to delete anything and that it has a top notched spam filter, etc.
