This Site Is Just Not The Same...

I see were you are from but i'm saying that alot of this was based off a one sided view ..it would have been really helpful to have other views form the members of this forum...they count more than a moderator since yes i might only be one member but i like to say i represent most of them when saying you need to have a better debate on selection moderators for the board...a one sided view like Andrews(no offense) doesn't allow a global selection for what should really happen.


Gr is the only place i've ever really called home when it comes to Forums but i don't like how becuase of being friends with someone and being pointed out got them those positions...yea i'm kinda jealous i'll agree i've been here 4 times the amount then some of the staff...but thats not my issue its just Shaggy your a great guy and i wouldn't say anything bad about you ...its just you need to have more than just one view of who to select into staff...it needs to be more of a selection from what hte member think also.

.Dementia- Stop picking on swat, hes obviously been around irc alot, and irc is alot to a forum in most cases. Just becauce he doesnt have a massive amount of posts and isnt saying look at me im a mod doesnt mean hes not doing his job. I guess you've never been a mod, since it has nearly nothing to do with what you post or how much. I run my own forum and own on another site with a few thousand members, and I have to say im one of the most inactive POSTERS on the forum, yet I do more work then any of them behind the scene, and no one bitchs.

You all seem to forget that making shaggy look like a asshole isnt going to get rid of him, it may get rid of this site though since he owns it and pays for it.

Meh does it really matter who Marforce is?? If he is doing his job the way he is suppose to be doing then what harm is he doing to you and other people? Absolutely nothing. I have never heard of him but im not making a point of it and saying he got a staff position just because he is known and liked by another staff member. All this ---- is pointless and isnt helping matter any better.

If you want the forum to become a better place then stop with all these dumb ass topics and ACTUALLY HELP matters, not make them worse! Shaggy is new and is trying to prove himself a worthy admin but you guys wont let him.

I dont see why you all want so many more members anyway, this place is fine the way it is. I rather it be as it is now, A fair about of good members and small about of noobs then it be a HUGE amount of noobs and small about of good members, similar to the Xbox-Scene forums where its composed of 93% idiots and some smart people.

I have not bashed Shaggy at all...i like the guy alot i think he is going to actually improve the one sided views of GR.

I am one of the supporters of SwAT if you are in IRC and have read more than a couple of my posts in this topic. I think he does a great job, I simply stated that he did go unnoticed for a while as he was just an IRC mod. I have been a mod, an smod, and an admin and currently am at quite a few sites actually, so please read my posts before you go against me.
