Ipod Videos Not Working..

Just got a 30gb black ipod video about 3 weeks ago

it was fine and played videos

then i tried it today and none of the videos would work

it would go to a black screen and just stay there

 

ok you need to reset your ipod completeley and then put all the stuff back on and that should work.

 

Yeah, get the iPod updater from here, then when your iPod is plugged in select restore. This will restore it to factory settings. Then just copy all of your music over again and it should work. If it still doesn't then maybe you've damaged the video decoding chip in it.

 

yeah that should solve the problem if not ask apple

 

make sure it has good charge when doing this
