i made this a while back and its bin posted a couple of places now so if youve seen it..

HERES A QUICK GRUNGE SIG TUT
tutorial by = slam
dificulty = medium (need basic knowledge)

STEP 1:- FILE > SAVE AS > "NAME" > (i sugest saving it as a .psd 1st and then saving it agen as a .jpg so if u want to you colud change it) > OK
