    Ok i have Paint,and GIMP wht other free programs are like gimp and PS? i dont have the $$ for PS but i want sm just like it

    If you want somthing free and legal, your best bets are gimp, blender, and some free vector based program. Just b/c CS2 is the newest version doesn't mean the others are obsolete; search around a bit and you should be able to find PS 7.0 (which is more than capable of anything you'd need to make a signature) for relatively cheap. I've seen it as low as $50.

    If you work gimp real well, you might be able to make awesome works, combining it with apophsis, its free and makes cool fractals.

    ULtimate Paint it has some filters in it
