I like the first better just because I don't like the second font choice, much better overall than your previous one.

dude you do a nice job with the c4d... a lot of the stuff I see these dyas doesn't even really think about what the c4d does, its just a render and much of random crap. as for lighting, maybe make a white-to-black radial gradient and put it on screen? I'd say a light source in the upper left would be good, and I have a feeling you know what to do to enhance the effect. excellent work, as usual!

btw try taking the dropshadows off the text stuff and see how it looks
