Anyone know a very good exercize to work out only one pectoral muscle? My left pec isnt as defined as my right, so I wanna try to even them out for the summer..
side lifting weights, like 10-20lb laying down and fully lifting to a 90 degree angle and laying them back down again, i know that helps out pecs, but it also helps should/arm/forearm and could out toned the rest of your body... you could also do light weight benching and simply not use your right arm and keep your fright arm down and only use your left arm to lift it up... that would increase your left pec...
Maybe do a bench press but put 50 on the left and just bar on the right but seriously, i dunno what to do really...maybe take a dumbell and do like a bench.. BTW, pec is around your shoulder/chest area IIRC
you could do dumbel presses with only one side.. I suggest just working them both like normal and let nature take it's course. also, try avoiding usin a barbel for a while as your right sidde can take control... just use flies and DB presses... what will hapenen is that your left side and right will be worked equally, but your right won't be stimulated as much as the left and it will even out little by little on it's own... also it's natural for one side to be slightly smaller than the other.
