looks inter to me. 6.5 or 7\10 i would have used one of the lighter colors of the render for the text

 

Not feeling it i cant tell whats going on in it really.

I don't really like it, it's all muddy and you can't see much about what's in it...

 

IMO you may have distorted the render a bit too much.
The rest of it (background/effects) look very nice, I just lose track of the render in the piece. Keep working on it ^_^

It looks...alright, I guess. The render kind of hurts my eyes, it looks a bit blurred. I wouldn't really say semi-pro, but some where near that.

increase contrast maybe, to bring out the spiderman render more.. its not stnading out enough imo..
