Activeperl 802 Problem

    ok so i installed ActivePerl 802 , i meet all of the requirements , i use windows xp by the way , but for some reason the command Perl or perl is not recognized as an internal or external command , what exactly is going on here...

    Maybe you should search Google?Maybe you missed one requirement :)
