laptops are best used for school work, not g aming...

for a decent gaming laptop expect to pay around $1500-8000

just get a relatively good desktop and a relatively cheap laptop for general use/school work

Dude, there is a few for 699 that I was looking at. They're decent, but not good for gaming, I wouldn't think. Though you could upgrade.s

yea..first of all, not the highest quality games for gfx, unless u max out CS:S i guess...

    and uhh this:

for 989, best I can find. Thats all minimum stuff too...I'd say save up a while longer. And desktop for gaming, not laptop

Dont bother with BF2. You'd need at least 1gb of ram..if u can get a system with that..maybe

For your price range that's as good as its going to get.
Laptops are more than desktops to start with, gaming components are more, so you can see where this is going.
