    ALot of people did not like my last one so I thought I would rething it and give it a thinking on how to improve on it and here you go :D

    I think its pretty good, kinda looks like it would be for a forum skin though..

    hmmm...its nice
    it just needs a bit of flash animation
    like the banner and smotther roll overs

    I completly agree, some flash animation would be bad assed.

    The sidebars are from a tutorial, but overall its nice.

    If no one ever uses tutorials how will they ever learn?

    i never used tutorials for designing and im better then 80% of gr designers

    thats how

    you learn through trial and error

    If you use tutorials, you practice doing the tutorial then maybe take skills you learnt from that to make your actual design, not just use the exact finished product from the tutorial, it's basically ripping.

    I did not use the exact design from the tutorial, this is completly different.
