that's because they changed the active users list calculation. before anyoen who was on within the last hour was active, now it's only within the last 30 mins.

as for who the new admin is, it is me, do what i want or I will ban you.

and for the record, unless shaggy turns out to be a major ass(which I doubt), GR will not fall apart.
