Can't find this:

tick the show hiden files and folders box.

And yeah I turned my computer off improperly also. It froze that's why, but FireFox wasn't open/

 

Works for me i have version 1.5
It should be there, if you copying what i posted into your address bar it won't work, you need to go through your c drive to documents and settings and so on and it does work.
What part is not working? what are you not finding? from what set are you getting up to and the next thing is not there?

 

Tools-Options- then i'm lost, is it in General, Privacy, etc? :S

 

Its in view then hiden files and folders tick show hidne files and folders then follow what i said in terms of locations.
w4jlcn3i.Default User may not be the folder you need, it could be called something else but similar.

 

go to the profile manager and switch the profile back! close firefox. goto start run and type - firefox.exe -profilemanager
then select the appropriate profile.
