Layers - 21
Techniques - smudging, blurring, c4d placement, erasing, coloring, and adjustment layers.

Ghost Rider:
Layers - 17
Techniques - The same, except different coloring techniques that are simpler.

The effects are cooler, and the render is really something

I'd go with #2, their both really nice though.

 

id buy two also. 17 layers is still alot.

 

2 is better, the render is blended a lot better and it just looks cooler.

 

I'm gonna say one..
reason....to be different.

either doesnt look good to me..needs less brightness, more contrast. yep.

 

second one, the first one is kinda boring
