Yea I need help with psp memory stick i cant find the thread for this its on making your Memory stick have more memory then it does it gives it like 10 mb or something
How in the world would you go about doing that? The amount of data in the stick is not going to change unless you take something out. If there where files in the stick when you bought it, take them out. Making the stick bigger though.... erm... I doubt that is possible... it doesn't even make logical sense... think, for instance, if I made a thread "How to Make my Hard Disk Drive Bigger?" It is the same thing... I mean, I guess I could remove a couple songs from it, or I could take away the Boot Loader, but that gets me nowhere, as I would want the song again, and I need the boot loader. So, IMO this is a really bad question. Erm... Format it? I guess that is the best answer... because I honestly have no idea how to physically and logically make the Memory Stick Duo bigger but with a Magnifying glass you can make it appear bigger.
Theres a thread that is stickied that can defrag your PSP memory stick and give around 5 MB extra I think. Its up there^^^^^^^^^
Defragmentation.... erm... I am not too sure if... I guess you could if it allows you to do so. But, that is after you move files around for periods of times when things get fragmented. If that has happened... sure... it may free up some space but it wont make anything extra.
http://www.gamerenders.com/forum/index.php...pic=189742&st=0 And the reason this works is because the PSP Memory sticks for some reason keep a certain ammount of space depending on the stick. The 1gb stick actually only provides something like 970mb of space. So that extra 30mb is what you get back by defraging it.
