I just watched him holding his breaht on tv that sucks he only got 7 minutes i was really hoping he would make it but wtf was up with those chains.... i mean seriously thats not even fair.... did anyone else watch it?
Yeah I watched that for a little bit. They were showing clips too. LOL, they had this girl and hey pulled her two canine teeth out, then put them in his mouth, and spit them back in. She looked pissed off.
Some of you guys say he was trying for 10 minutes, it was actually 9. The record right now for holding your breath underwater is 8:58. The reason why he stayed underwater for 7 days is so he can get used to the water and everything. I mean, if you go and just try it you're not gonna get 9 minutes. The chains were probably keeping him down so he didn't have to use a lot of energy. And he didn't eat anything so he wouldn't have to go to the bathroom while in the water circle thing...
I dont think the 7 days was to help him do the breath thing at all. It would be much easier to just do it right away and then be done with it, staying a week in a water bubble, than trying to do it? He was probably exhausted from food deprivation, and probably felt like crap. You cant really say thats how he got used to it, because before he set out to do this stunt, he went under training.
I saw a girl on TV that could hold her breath for 25 minutes underwater. They even timed it, it wasn't a stunt or an illusion.
He wasnt even really in there for 7 days, when they would check to see if he was alright, he'd slip out with the divers and thats why he'd wear that full face mask and communicate with sign language. I hate that guy, he's more hungry for attention then emo kids.
