#1-Code your templates yourself. Dont just slice the images in photoshop and then make it so you can add text into it. #2-You only need one , why is there like a million. #3-I recommend getting an actual hoster not a free one. #4-The actual layout is meh. But it works for a portfolio. #5-When you are doing <back next> things make it in php not html, just uses too much space in html. #6-Btw when linking to another site, make sure that when your making a link to another site, do this. yourlink.com
I quite like the template and your artwork is good, but personally I hate Times New Roman because it looks so orthadox - I think you should use a sans-serif font. Everything that supra has said deserves looking at too - if you want to make it a lot better you need more knowledge of HTML and the way that sites are designed.
actually it is target="new" i use it on my sites if you actually read some source codes, usually people use target="new"
News dosnt have a red bar btw and its a plain concept i like the skin but it needs work also i can fund the coding for you but i wont i know a store that does it for 20 creds an hour its a great deal he does css.php, xhtml, html, etc
