I would have to say life due killing them is the easy way out and some of them want death like that 9-1-1 guy. Giving him death is way to easy.

Solitary confinement for 5 years straight without any form of human contact but the arm coming through the door to get you your food. Give them their last meal (required for those on death row) and let that be proceeded by 3-however many weeks of giving him water and nothing else before he dies because of his body shutting down.

The body can system on water for about 3-4 weeks average without food, then it slowly shuts itself down and ultimately you should die in a month or two.

Solitary confinement is known to man for being one of the hardest things for the human psyche to handle. A person in solitary confinement will begin breaking down mentally in a few months and usually end up becoming a full on psychotic freak without the potential for his psyche come back after a year or so. He would be in a state of psychosis for 3-4 years of his life, then he will get his last meal (which wont be what your average person would get, due to his mental instability) and then he starves to death while his organs slowly degenerate.

no consoling for the old man, maximum penalty under the penalty of law! lol

Life teaches nothing and drains your taxes. leathal injection costs like what... 1-5K max between the sterilization of the needle and the chemicals used, with about a year on death row and a final meal, totalling about 35K in one year per prisoner, where, right now, were paying 30K per prisoner per year. I could care less if its the easy way out, it lowers my taxes in the long run :)

If your going in on something as serious as life imprisonment on multiple charges of life sentences (as this man is), and you were involved in a terrorist act and/or part of a race that is deeply hated by inamtes, they will usually put you in a more secure area, where there is less, if any, contact with other prisoners. the US government can be mean, but in the circumstance of being equal when keeping people alive in the system, thats their job, and if they feel an inmate is going to be killed by other inmates they simply put him away from the other inmates.

I can assure you if he was placed in a regular prison block, rapage would be the least of his worries compared to the guy who has friends/family smuggle in knives and stuff. Hed be worrying for his life, not for his ass. Despite what you say, being murdered is NOT dying for his religion and in no way does that make him go to heaven/the good afterlife when they die compared to their beliefs that killing themselves in the name of their god in the middle of a holy war will. He will be wanting his life, and he wont have it for very long if hes involved with other prison mates, which he wont be because the US court system wont let that happen because they arent stupid.

Its the same thing for a minor in jail/prison (such as multiple felony charges) and they place you in a jail/prison cell for a month and let you see how you like it in there, because thats where your heading. They will have guards escort you around the campus, they keep a VERY sharp eye on you, you have your own cell, basically everything you would at home, just ----ty food instead (may be the same at your home, but i know my mom and myself can cook a mean meal). Not that its a huge deal, pedophiles arent treated well in prison and most of the inmates are not these big bulky assholes you see in hollywood, they tend to be pretty nice guys who simply ----ed up (like i did... multiple times) and you can generally have a good talk with them.

well i donno about this as if u kill them what if they did not commit a crime and they are in prision for nothing?
But what if they have killed people and its ture they have said so or something. If there is no dout then i think its ok to kill them, but if they don't know i think a life sentence isn't really punishing for a muder. plus the death peneltly should send messages out to people that this is what will happen if they kill people...
