Cant Think Of The Word

I just cant think of the word, please tell me if you know.

Its like, where you have a symbol like maybe a fish, and you twist and turn it so it fits and fills up the picture, buts its all the same fish repeating.

^ Thats very confusing, but if anyone understands, please tell me.

I think it either starts with a P or a T.

 

I know this one! Its on the tip of my tongue.. I did this back in Junior High.. gahhhhhhhhh...... I know it! Gimme a minute to think.

EDIT: Got it! Is it a Tessellation? I don't think its spelt right, but I'm pretty sure thats what your talking about!

 

Yea, it's a tesselation. It's used in Geometry.
