Are you looking for family names? Use google, and find some.

Genovese Family - 300 members and associates
Bonanno Family - 200 members and associates
Gambino Family - 200 members and associates
Lucchese Family - 150 members and associates
Colombo Family - 150 members and associates

Those are the biggest families. I would appreciate that you not use the Lucchese Family, Since my family has deep roots within it. All these families are dieing faster and faster by the week, and there is no Italian mob predicted in 35 years. Russian Mafia is the current most dangerous and respected, I would suggest you research them and there mafian ranking system and try them

Heres the italian system for your rank

    Mafia Ranks

    The Family

Capo Crimini/capo de tutti capi (super boss/bosses of bosses)
    Consigliere (advisor/family counselor)

Capo Bastone (underboss, 2nd in command)

    Contabile (financial advisor)

Caporegime or Capodecima (lieutenant, typically heads a faction of 10 or more soldiers comprising a "crew")

Sgarrista (a foot soldier who carries out day to day business of the family. A "made" member of the mafia)

Piciotto (lower-ranking soldiers; enforcers. Also known in the streets as the "button man")

Giovane D'Honore (Mafia associate, typically a non-Sicilian or non-Italian member)

Older mobs follow a Sicilian rule/law system called the "Omerta", It limits how, who and when mobsters can act. This was most important to older mobsters, and breaking could mean death. It is no longer used more then a guideline.
