Well I know there is already a thread with a review for this movie, but since I really liked it I thought I would give another review. Plot - Based from Allan Moore's graphic novel, "V for Vendetta", the story is about a young women named Evey(Natalie Portman) who is saved by a strange man in a Guy Fawkes mask. The man is only known as V. Evey decides to help V in his act to take down the British who did him wrong. My views - Wow, what a great movie. One of the best I have seen in a long time. Hugo Weaving is great as V, the voice just flows well with the character. And being a big fan of the graphic novel, this movie was just a blast to watch. Natalie Portman was also very good in this movie. She played the roll of Evey very well. The movie stayed with the ideas of the graphic novel and didnt show V's face. I thought it was a great idea to not change something like that for the movie even if you do have a big actor such as Hugo Weaving playing the star roll. I highly suggest this movie to anyone that reads graphic novels. Yes its a little violent, but what movie isnt now adays? The action scenes are great, they have been filmed amazingly well. Not only is V awesome when he is fighting, but his style of speaking is also fantastic. So if you havent seen this movie yet, go out and do so. Its really worth it for this one. Rating - 9.5/10 And until next time, ~Anthony
