it is if im paying for him to stay in prison (taxes). picture it like this... your the sole remainder of your family from a homicidal freak who broke into your house, killed your whole family, nearly killed you (initially thought he did) and left you in critical condition. they sentence him to life in prison, your taxes go towards keeping that man alive. this is whats happening here, everyone who lost family in the trade towers has to pay their taxes to keep someone who helped others kill their family members. solitary confinement for 5 years, followed by lack of food, only bringing him water. he will go clinically insane for about 3 of those 5 years, then be treated as the jews were in concentration camps for the remaining 3-4 weeks max he has to live (you can live without food and only drinking water for 2-4 weeks, the average person that is). cheaper on all of us.
technically you wouldnt, because human contact for 1 hour would reverse the effects of solitary confinement. i say 5 years of solitary confinement for 24 hours a day before you start letting him starve to death. the only sign of another person he ever sees is the meal platter that comes through his door.
Dont worry about it, Time in prision for him will be worse then any sentence. Death is to soft, Prision will be like a constint torture from beating from other inmates and solitary confinement is torture in itself. Rasism rules prisions, and in prision there is little room for muslims, since there kindof a prision minority. To survive in a prision you need a group or gang, which he will not be able to find. The fact of him being forced into gay intercourse which will likely happen will go against his religion and since he is such a extremists it may gave him insane. It wouldnt surprize me if he tried to escape and gets killed by guards within 6 months.
Death sentence woulda just made a martir out of him for Al-Qaeda, therefore it would encourage their actions. Although simple prison is way to soft for what he did.
that is so true but 6 months i dont think hell last more like 1-3 months though his lawyer may fight to keep him seprated from general pop
Ever actually been to jail and/or prison TSOD? Its not like they make it out to be in movies. The only time your ever a prison bitch is when you ---- with a gang who has been in prison for multiple years. Usually if your new, the other inmates are pretty cool. it really isnt as bad as you make it out to be. Ive heard much worse from the womens side of things in jail as my mom has been there. Most of the women at prisons are there for domestic abuse, assault and murder (prisons, not jail), whereas most males are there under theft or minor assault charges. To be honest it wasnt bad when I was there, despite the fact that im a minor and they gave me my own cell, as technically i shouldnt have been there in the first place, but juvie didnt work, so the judge decided to try to scare me by sending me to jail for a month. I know alot of people hwo have been in jail/prison and who are in jail/prison and rarely, if ever, will you hear of a true anal adventure in jail. Now, oral, on the other hand, happens alot, but we wont go there (it also happens in the military branches as well, so its not just prison mates).
My fathers been in and out of high "federal" prision all his life, for various reasons mostly weapons and extortion. He's in a 5 year term right now, and is to be released next year. Federal prision is were Mossau is going and its alot different then state. You should watch some documentarys on tougher prisions, anal adventures do happen but it depends where your stationed at. Some dont have any, some do, my dads been to alot of prisions including most of the worse, but he's never really had any problems since he's huge and is somewhat of a respected figure. I would guess he's done about 13 years unconsecutive so far. Anyway, My point was to show prisions extremely worse for rapists, child killers, and even terrorists. Any crime thats inhumane to even prisions that do bad crimes. In theory a theif will be treated 50 times better then a child rapist or terrorist. No one likes them, and when you are doing a life term, which you did not, which my grandfather basicly did(15 years consecutive) you need to find like a pack. I kno alittle more about the subject since half my family were deaply involved in organized crime and procecuted for it.
