Don't care about religion. So go ahead and show it. Anyways, freedom of speech protects it. So if you don't want to go and see it, you don't have to. It's not like we're making religious fanatics go and see Brokeback mountain and extreme atheists Passion of the Christ. (Both are stupid extremist movies)

 

If a book, or movie, can make you not believe in God, then go home and die. It is not a direct attack on the church, it's FICTION! Learn the difference. The church should not give a ---- about these things, and rather get ------- priests that rape 12 year old altar boys and kill those child-molesting freaks.

 

Yeah, but the book is based on real facts, the church isn't accepting the other gospels. The current pope wanted to forbid all the christian book stores to sell The Da Vinci Code. In my opinion, it's just a book (or movie) to think about.

 

i say show it cause if you read the book it says that its fictional. nuff said

I don't know why everyone got work-on for this movie for, is just a movie, so what it had some information that goes against what we believe, just recently theres a new Testament found in Cairo, "Gospel of Judas". Tells a whole different story, it said in there that it is Jesus' idea to let Judas to betray him. It is written over a LONG LONG time ago, so there is no clue for is true or not.

But seriously, if you really have faith, then a single movie or book won't do anything to you.... don't you have any faith in yourself? Do you think a single book or movie can alter you and make you un-pure? If so, then, I am very sorry, you are already un-pure....

For me, I personality like the book, Dan Brown had became one of my favorite author because of it (I also read two of his other story). It first introduce me that "Science is the law which God put on Earth", fully resolve the conflict of Science and Religion, I don't know about you guys but it is good enought for me.

Favorite Line is "Forgiveness is God's greatest gift"

 

The only reason Christians are mad is because Dan Brown wrote, in the novel, that they had framed a lot of people, and murdered succesful scientist in order to get people to stil follow the religion.

NOW, tell me. Do you HONESTLY believe that? N O P E.

If christians are trying to ban it, then they probably have something to hide, because the story was the Opus dei, an devout catholic group, killed people to get to the holy grail.

And that the christians neglected women. BAH.

They are just making the situation worse by trying to boycott.

 

I don't think that is true.... The reason is that the church can't accept that Dan Brown speculates that Maria Magdalena was the person behind Jezus I think

I say show it. Its just fiction, and shouldn't be a big impact in anyone's beliefs. But it will, well possibly, make people think of other veiws on religious matters.

 

Havent seen it nither kno about it.. So amm if its about some religion then i'd say its shud be ban though i voted for i dont care i respect others religion so i'd say i dont wanna say anything
