So basically, to make a long story short, my mother wanted me to make a menu for her restaurant, so I am.. except, there`s a problem

    The menu is ... ... >___> folded.

And so i have to put everything upside down.

:S Don`t know how to exactly put it, but is there a way to make it right side up then rotate it??

    Aren't there like...companies that make menu's?

Get the pictures, text, prices, whatever, and send it someone like that.

I've worked as a DTP for a printing company so I have some experience in this area.
What kind of folding are you using?
If its a simple bi-fold or tri-fold (verticle folds), no tranforms should be required.
If its a bi-fold with a horizontal fold, thats a different story.

Id suggest using something like ADOBE InDesign to do your formatting after you create each page in whatever program (assuming photoshop or Illustrator) you're using.

If you need to work in photoshop only try this:

After creating the 'page' you want including all graphics, pricing and descriptions, make a new layer and apply the image. Then you can use the transform tool (Ctrl+T) to rotate the entire 'page' however you'd like. Any specific questions, or if you'd like me to look over your layout PM me. I have access to Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.

yeah just make it right side up, then you can rotate the canvas and your all done, that should work
