Lol.. we had the same news for deviantart. Same song. They just want to let you know that if you do something wrong they will take the right to do something OR if they add a translation system, if they want to try something on your myspace page, if they want to feature you, they simply have the right to do so.

I don't think that Myspace will sell your photography because you accepted their user agreement. Think before speaking..if they *do* everything you said, the day after you will see on Digg, Shoutwire , Wired... :

"Myspace sold my stuff without my agreement!"
    or
"Myspace is making money on my stuff!"

...this topic deserve to be closed.

this doesnt seem like that big of a deal. they dont seem concerned about stealing peoples things, as it says as soon as you take it off their rights on the object is terminated. so they cant steal it when all you have to do is take it off and sue them.

Think of it this way,,,why would anyone want to sell YOUR music :P
Its not as if you don't steal stuff.
Then again if they do steal it be happy that people are appreciating it enough to steal.
    see?
    :D

Haha you guys worry about myspace stealing your little quotes and stuff, while using myspace means your possible risking your email....

Myspace uses Email as a login, Most people use one password for all things.

Theres a list of 40000 myspace Email/Passwords that circulates around hacking groups, and more passes are auto added by the day, and you worry about your quotes...

I know because i have it and its an act of spoofing, I verified it with over 100 passwords and checked to see if most are also emails, which they are...

Don't worry. I never use the same password. I always have a different one everywhere I go. ^__^
